Apple Cider Donut Bundt Cake Recipe

Due to their versatility and variety, apple-based desserts please many people. Choose a dessert with larger apple slices to highlight them. Apple-based ingredients are great for subtlety.

3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons apple pie spice ½ teaspoon salt 1½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup brown sugar ¾ cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 cup apple cider 1¼ cups applesauce, unsweetened ⅔ cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract



 Non-stick cooking spray a bundt pan generously. Discard. Add flour, apple pie spice, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to a medium bowl.

 Blend granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, apple cider, applesauce, sour cream, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add the flour mixture to the large bowl of wet ingredients and mix until no flour stands out.

Add the batter to the bundt pan and bake for 50–55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool the cake in the pan for 20 minutes, then transfer it to a wire cooling rack over a baking sheet.

Mix remaining granulated sugar and apple pie spice in a small bowl. Apply melted butter to the cooling rack bundt cake.

Sprinkle the sugar mixture on the cake's top and sides and stamp it in with your hands. Cake cut, enjoy!
